Shooting Schedule

 

 

To the left you can our availability schedules, showing the days when we were available to film during the day at our different filiming locations. The first picture shows a coloured chart for during the christmas holidays, showing when we was available. The green shows when we were all available, with the orange showing when only a few members of the group was available and the red showing when no one was available to film. As you can see the days when we was all available to shoot was very limited, meaning we had to film quickly and efficently. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This picture shows when we was available to film during the day at sixth, charted period by period. Even though 1 hour is not long it would still give us a chance to complete some filming which was near by, such as the town scene and the lip syncing where Ryan is sitting on the stage. This allowed us to quickly get these shots done between lessons.

To the right you can see our filming schedule, showing a detailed chart of what shots were filming on what days, along with the equipment we might need. The costume needed are also listed along with who will be filming. This detailed chart allows us to accurately time manage and know exactly what we will be doing throughout the filming process, as well as meaning we would not need to take excessive amounts of different props which would not be used. Credit for completing this chart goes to Annabelle.
