Rough cut 

 

 

To the left you can see our rough cut for the Christian Smith song Bruises. This shows our initial editing, with all the group playing a role in the editing process at various different points throughout the video. 

I think as a group we worked well editing the rough copy, all contributing with our ideas of how we wanted the video to look, watching all the individual shots we gathered come together as one piece. 

Rough cut feedback

To the right you can our audience feedback for our rough cut. We decided to interview Lois Nash and Sam Lance, because we felt they knew a lot about editing music videos, allowing us to get the best possible feedback. 
When it came to the filiming of this video, myself and Kathryn filmed the entire video, we also started to edit, with Felicity finishing off the final parts of the editing. 
We found this audience feedback to be very helpful and effective, showing us areas in our video which we could improve on, such as filters and different filming techniques to make our music video look as professional as possible. 

Final cut 

To the right you can see the finished final cut for our music video bruises by christain smith. When it came to the editing we all as a group took part coming up with ideas on how we can make the final cut better than the rough cut. We also made sure that we took into consideration the ideas from Sam and Lois from the audience feedback.
