Below you can see a powerpoint showing you 3 different music album I have analysed, looking at what is included on the album cover, and how the different artists have been portrayed to show their genre. I decided to look at Jessie J, Miley Cyrus and Brittany Spears, all of which have been shown in very different ways considering they are all from the same genre. 
By looking at these different album covers, I can see what typical conventions aritists within this genre tend to stick to, also looking at how some of the conventions are challenged between the 3 different artists. This will give us a good idea of what to include within our own Digipak and Magazine advert, showing us what is typical of the genre, and some ideas in which we could include in our own work.
